About the CometAPI integration

A lead fills in a form, an order gets paid, or a customer texts back, and somebody still has to sit down and work out what to say in reply. CometAPI can take that step out of a person's hands by generating the reply itself, using Generate AI Response to draft the wording before Mobile Message's Send SMS action delivers it. The model can be pointed at whatever detail comes through, an order total, a form answer, or a booking time, and produce a message built around that specific case rather than a line reused for everyone.

Once the Zap is set up, new form entries, paid orders or inbound replies all flow through the same pattern, CometAPI works out what to say and Mobile Message gets it to the phone. A business does not need to write a script for every scenario in advance, and a customer gets a reply that reads as though someone thought about their particular answer, order or question.

Yes. Generate AI Response can draft wording based on details from a form entry, a paid order or another step in the Zap, and Mobile Message's Send SMS action then sends that wording out as the finished text message.
