ClickTerm SMS Integration

A client signs an agreement and within moments knows their acceptance is on record, without waiting on an email confirmation that might land in spam or get missed entirely among a dozen other messages that day. That immediate certainty is what people notice when clickwrap and SMS work together behind the scenes, well after the paperwork itself has been forgotten.

Mobile Message connects to ClickTerm through Zapier so the verification step and the notification step happen in the same automated flow. A form or e-signature tool can hand off to a Zap that runs Verify Signature to confirm the acceptance is genuine, and once that's confirmed, Mobile Message can text the signer straight away. Where a signed agreement needs to be pulled up again later, Download Documents retrieves the Certificate of Acceptance or the Signed Agreement itself, so the paperwork is ready before anyone has to go looking for it or chase up who has the original copy.

The result for the person on the other end is simple. They sign, a text lands almost immediately confirming it's done, and if a dispute or a follow up ever comes up, the certificate and agreement are already sitting where your team can reach them without digging through old emails.
