ClickBid’s New Bidder and New Event Sale triggers can start a Zap that sends an SMS through Mobile Message. That gives organisers a way to acknowledge participation, share a sales update, or alert a team member without manually checking the auction platform.

ClickBid collects bidding, sales, and auction item information for nonprofit charities. Its events can be connected in Zapier to Mobile Message’s Send SMS action, with available bidder or sale details mapped into a plain text message. New Bidder can also create a Mobile Message contact, helping your organisation keep a usable record for later communication. The setup is a set of one-directional Zaps, not a native two-way integration.

You can select only the events that deserve an SMS, such as a new registration or completed sale. This keeps messages relevant during a busy appeal while reducing the chance that staff miss an important bidder or fundraising activity.
