CLEATUS SMS Integration

Government contracting teams often learn about a new pipeline opportunity while several people are already deciding who should own it. CLEATUS can trigger a Zap when a new contract is added to the pipeline, when a pursuit is created, or when a pursuit status changes. Mobile Message can send a plain text alert to the capture or proposal team, giving them a clear prompt to review the opportunity.

A status-change alert can be useful when a pursuit moves into a stage that needs an immediate response. New Contract Added to Pipeline can notify a business development lead, while Pursuit Created can tell a proposal manager that a new piece of work needs organising. CLEATUS's Create Opportunity action can also be started by Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger, creating an opportunity from information in an authorised text message. This does not synchronise CLEATUS with Mobile Message or replace the pipeline. It creates a defined record or sends a defined alert when the selected event occurs. Configure the workflow in Zapier, connect both accounts, map the opportunity fields, and use internal numbers for sensitive contract information.
