CINCEL SMS Integration

A new document appears at a point when someone may need to know that a signature request is ready. CINCEL can pass that document event into a Zap, allowing Mobile Message to send a clear text notification instead of leaving your team to monitor the account and contact each recipient manually.

New Document can trigger Send SMS with a concise notice and a relevant link or instruction. You can also use the event to create a contact, update contact details or add a recipient to a Mobile Message list for later follow-up. This can help teams handling agreements, approvals and signature requests keep communication close to the document workflow. The message content and recipient fields depend on the information available from CINCEL, so map them carefully and only text people who should receive the communication. The connection runs through Zapier, not as a native CINCEL feature. CINCEL remains responsible for the document and signature request, while Mobile Message carries out the selected contact or SMS action.
