The connection runs through Zapier. Chatsistant's available action is Send Message, while Mobile Message offers Send SMS and Send SMS to List. That makes the most useful setup a Chatsistant-to-Mobile Message notification, with the form information inserted into a short plain-text message. An inbound text could also start Chatsistant's Send Message action when the required chatbot input is available and the workflow has a clear purpose.
