About the Chatsistant integration

A form submission inside a Chatsistant conversation can be easy to miss when a team is handling several conversations at once. Form Submission can start a Mobile Message SMS to alert a staff member or acknowledge that a person has provided their details. This gives an important chat event a visible follow-up outside the chatbot workspace.

The connection runs through Zapier. Chatsistant's available action is Send Message, while Mobile Message offers Send SMS and Send SMS to List. That makes the most useful setup a Chatsistant-to-Mobile Message notification, with the form information inserted into a short plain-text message. A business could alert a sales person about a new lead or tell a customer that their submission has been received.

An inbound text could also start Chatsistant's Send Message action when the required chatbot input is available and the workflow has a clear purpose.
