Charla SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Charla!

A visitor sends a first message in Charla, but a support team may not see it straight away. New Chat Started and New Pre-Chat Form Submitted can start a Mobile Message SMS that alerts the right person or confirms that the conversation has been received. This helps reduce the manual chase between a live chat inbox and the person responsible for follow-up.

Through Zapier, Charla can pass event details into Mobile Message as plain text. A pre-chat form could notify a sales team about a new prospect, while a new chat could send an internal prompt to respond. If a customer texts the Mobile Message number, Inbound SMS Received can also start Charla's Create Contact action, so the conversation details can be added to a contact record where suitable.

The connection does not create a two-way chat mirror. Each Zap has one trigger and one action. You choose whether Charla starts an SMS or Mobile Message starts a Charla contact action, then map the information available in the selected event.
