Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Chameleon!

A customer has just completed a microsurvey, giving your product team useful feedback while the user is still active. Chameleon can send that response into a Zap, where Mobile Message sends a plain text acknowledgement or internal alert. New Microsurvey Response and New Response to Selected Microsurvey make it possible to react to general or targeted feedback without relying on someone to review the Chameleon dashboard immediately.

This can help product teams acknowledge valuable feedback, alert a support owner to a concerning response, or invite a user to continue a conversation through an approved SMS number. New Tour Button Click can also mark a useful moment in the product experience for a message, provided the user record contains an appropriate mobile number and consent. On the other side, an Inbound SMS Received event can update a Chameleon user profile, allowing a reply received by Mobile Message to add information that Chameleon can use for targeting or customised experiences. The Zaps are individual workflows, not two-way synchronisation. Set up the selected trigger and action in Zapier, connect both accounts, and decide carefully which feedback should result in a customer-facing text.

Can a Chameleon microsurvey response send an SMS?

Yes. Use New Microsurvey Response or New Response to Selected Microsurvey as the trigger, then choose Send SMS in Mobile Message. The Zap can use the response and user fields supplied by Chameleon.

Can an SMS reply update a Chameleon user profile?

Yes. Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can start a Zap using Chameleon's Update User Profile action. Map the received number and any suitable reply information to the profile fields available in Chameleon.

How do I connect Chameleon feedback to Mobile Message?

Create the workflow in Zapier, select Chameleon as the trigger app and Mobile Message as the action app, then test the fields. Both accounts are required, and the process uses configuration rather than custom code.
