Connected to Mobile Message through Zapier, that finished file does not have to wait in an email queue behind everything else a customer has not opened yet. A paid Shopify order or an overdue Xero invoice can start the Zap, Carbone generates or converts the document, and Mobile Message texts the customer a link to it straight away, so the person who actually needs the invoice or the statement sees it within minutes rather than whenever they next check their inbox.

Can Carbone text a customer their generated invoice?
Carbone itself only builds and converts the document. Paired with Mobile Message through Zapier, a trigger such as a paid Shopify order can start the Zap, Carbone's Generate a Document action creates the invoice, and Mobile Message texts the customer a link to it.
Does Carbone work with Xero to send reminder texts?
Yes, indirectly. Xero's Overdue Sales Invoice trigger can start a Zap that runs Carbone's Convert Office to PDF action on the invoice, then hands the finished file to Mobile Message's Send SMS action, so the customer gets a text reminder with a link.
How do I connect Carbone document generation to text alerts?
In Zapier, choose a trigger app such as Shopify, Xero or Calendly, add a Carbone step such as Generate a Document, then finish with Mobile Message's Send SMS action. You will need active accounts with Carbone, Mobile Message and Zapier, and no code is required.
