CaptureIQ SMS Integration

A customer submits a form while your team is handling other work. Their response may contain a sales lead, a service request or information that needs a quick reply. CaptureIQ can trigger a Zapier workflow for each new form submission, so Mobile Message can send an SMS to the right staff member or customer without waiting for someone to check the form dashboard.

This is useful for operators who depend on CaptureIQ to collect structured information and assess response data. The SMS can include mapped fields from the submission, such as a name, phone number, selected service or a concise request summary. That gives your team an immediate prompt to follow up, while CaptureIQ remains the source for form records and analytics.

You can also use a submission alert to acknowledge receipt when a respondent provides a mobile number. Mobile Message sends the plain text message, and CaptureIQ continues to manage the submission itself. The connection does not synchronise records between the platforms. It simply moves the details you choose through Zapier at the moment a new response arrives, helping reduce delays and manual checking.
