A visitor submits a contact form on a Cantrip website while the business owner is away from the desk. Without an alert, the submission may sit in the website inbox until the next manual check. A Zap can use Cantrip’s New Form Submission trigger to send a plain text notification through Mobile Message, so the right person knows a new request has arrived.

This is useful for service businesses that collect quote requests, bookings or general enquiries through a Cantrip site. The SMS can include the submitter’s name, contact details and selected form information available to the Zap. A second workflow can use the same submission event with Create Contact, adding the person to Mobile Message for future communication. Cantrip’s Create Post action is also available when a separate process needs to add website content, but the most direct value here is prompt notification. The connection is made through Zapier, not through a native two-way link. Each Zap has one Cantrip trigger and one Mobile Message action.
