The same event can use Create New User to place the caller into a selected CallPilot.ai contact pool.

Mobile Message actions include Send SMS, Send SMS to List, Create Contact, Update Contact, and Add Contact to List. This lets a completed call produce a noticeable text while also keeping the caller available for future Mobile Message communication. CallPilot.ai's action adds users to its contact pool, so it can be used when an Inbound SMS Received event identifies someone who should enter a support campaign.

The connection is configured as individual Zaps, not as a two-way customer record sync. Map the collected call data to the SMS fields and choose a clear outcome for the recipient. Plain-text messages work well for confirming the next step, sharing a callback instruction, or letting a customer know that their request has been received.
