A document is completed in BreezeDoc, but someone may still need to tell the customer or internal team what happens next. Document Completed can start a Mobile Message SMS with a short confirmation. Recipient Completed can also trigger a message when one person has finished signing, reducing the need for staff to monitor the document workspace and send updates manually.

This connection is useful for practical notifications around e-signatures. A business could text a recipient that their completed document has been received, or alert a colleague that a signed agreement is ready for review. New Document and New Recipient are also available as triggers when an earlier notice is more appropriate. The SMS is plain text and uses the information supplied by BreezeDoc.

BreezeDoc has no listed actions, so the workflow runs from BreezeDoc to Mobile Message. It does not copy documents into SMS or update BreezeDoc after a text reply. Set up the selected trigger and Mobile Message action in Zapier, map the recipient and message fields, then test the result.
