About the Brande.ai integration

A brand project reaches a new status while creative, marketing and client teams are working in different places. Brande.ai can send a New Project Created or Project Status Changed event to Zapier, giving Mobile Message a clear opportunity to make the update visible by text. That can help a project owner act before a status change is overlooked.

New Project Created can send an internal SMS with the project name and owner. Project Status Changed can send a client or team member a carefully worded update when work moves to a selected stage. Mobile Message sends the text through Zapier, while Brande.ai remains the place for brand content, strategy and campaign workflow. You can use filters in Zapier to limit messages to meaningful statuses.

This is especially useful for teams that need a short operational signal rather than another email or dashboard visit. A text can point someone back to Brande.ai for the full context, using a link or project reference supplied to the Zap. Each automation has one Brande.ai event and one Mobile Message action. It is not a two-way status sync, and sending an SMS does not change the Brande.ai project.
