About the BotMape integration
Use New Appointment Booked with Send SMS for booking details, or use New Lead Captured to alert a salesperson. New Conversation Started can also notify a team member that a visitor has begun talking with an agent. This connection runs through Zapier, with BotMape supplying the event and Mobile Message delivering the SMS. It does not make text replies continue the BotMape conversation or create a two-way booking system.
