BoloForms SMS Integration

A customer finishes signing a document, or a form response arrives, and the next step is often a manual message from someone on your team. BoloForms can start a Zapier workflow from a new template response, a completed signature, or a new form response. Mobile Message can then send a plain-text SMS to keep the customer informed while the task is still active.

For example, a completed signature can trigger a thank-you message, while a new form response can alert a staff member or confirm that the submission has been received. The form or signature details can be mapped into the SMS, including a reference number or next step. Mobile Message can also create a contact or add one to a list for later communication. BoloForms actions send templates for signature or send forms, so this connection is most useful when BoloForms events need to produce visible SMS follow-up.

The workflow remains one-directional and runs through Zapier. It does not synchronise BoloForms records with Mobile Message, but it can remove a repetitive notification step and give recipients a clearer response after submitting or signing.
