A signed bundle often marks an important moment for a customer and your team. Blueink can signal that a bundle is complete through Get Completed Bundle or Bundle Complete, yet staff may still need to manually notify the signer or update their messaging records. Through Zapier, Mobile Message can turn that completion event into a clear SMS acknowledgement.

Use Bundle Complete to send a thank-you message, confirm that the signing stage is finished, or explain what happens next. Get a Signal From Blueink can cover another selected Blueink event when the message should follow a different milestone. Mobile Message’s Send SMS action handles the customer notification, while Create Contact can store the signer’s phone number for future communication.

This is useful for agencies, service providers, and teams that use electronic signatures as part of onboarding or approvals. The Zap does not transfer documents or attachments into an SMS and does not synchronise both systems. It passes selected Blueink event data to the Mobile Message action you configure, leaving the completed bundle in Blueink.
