Blitzllama SMS Integration

Product teams can receive a completed Blitzllama survey while the research owner is in another meeting. New Survey Completion gives that response a useful starting point for a Zapier workflow, allowing Mobile Message to send an SMS alert to the person responsible. New Survey Response and New Survey Response Group provide additional ways to act on fresh research.

This removes the need to monitor every study manually. A completed survey can trigger a short internal notification, while a response containing a suitable phone number can create a Mobile Message contact or add an approved participant to a list. The SMS can include the survey name, response context and the next action your team has chosen, subject to the information available from Blitzllama.

Blitzllama supplies triggers but no listed actions, so the practical direction is into Mobile Message. The connection is configured in Zapier with separate accounts. It does not create a two-way research record or automatically send messages to every respondent unless you deliberately configure that behaviour and have the right consent.
