An invoice is created in BiznisBox and the next step may be a payment reminder, a customer notification or a record update. BiznisBox can tell Zapier when a new invoice, bill or transaction is created, and it can also report invoice and transaction updates. Mobile Message can then send an SMS or create a contact.

This suits operators who manage invoicing, products, partners and transactions in one business platform. A new partner could be saved as a Mobile Message contact, while a new invoice could trigger a short message with the relevant payment information. A transaction update could also prompt a customer-facing notification when your process requires one.

The connection runs through Zapier and needs BiznisBox and Mobile Message accounts. It is not a native two-way integration and does not mirror all invoice or partner changes. Each Zap uses one BiznisBox trigger and one Mobile Message action, with the message content and fields selected by your team.
