New or Updated Transaction can use the same pattern for a donation or purchase acknowledgement.

Fundraising teams can also use New or Updated Giveaway Entry to confirm that an entry has been recorded. A carefully worded SMS can reassure supporters without asking staff to monitor the BetterWorld dashboard for each change. New or Updated Campaign may suit internal alerts when a campaign record changes and a coordinator needs to review it.

The connection is configured through Zapier. You select the BetterWorld event, map the supporter or transaction fields and choose the Mobile Message action. Create Contact can place a supporter into Mobile Message for later communication, while Add Contact to List can organise contacts into a relevant list.
