Permisso SMS Integration

Teams that collect documents with Permisso often need to tell a customer or colleague that processing has reached its next stage. A Zapier workflow can use Permisso's extraction events to send a clear Mobile Message text, so people do not have to keep checking the documentation workspace. This is useful for acknowledging receipt, requesting attention or confirming that extracted information is ready for review.

Permisso can trigger a Zap when a New Model Extracted event occurs, when a New Document Extracted event occurs or when a New Documentation Area Response Created event is recorded. Each can lead to Mobile Message's Send SMS action. The message can identify the relevant person or process using the fields available from Permisso, while your team controls the wording and recipients.

The connection is event-based rather than a document synchronisation service. It does not send files by SMS or create a Permisso record from an incoming text. Instead, it gives documentation teams a practical alert path when one of the listed Permisso events occurs, using Zapier to pass the selected information into Mobile Message.
