Attendu SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Attendu!
New Guest is a natural trigger for sending registration information or a short confirmation. Updated Guest Status can notify an organiser when attendance or registration changes, and Updated Guest can alert a team member when a guest record needs attention. Deleted Guest can also provide an operational warning when a person is removed from the list.
These workflows help event staff notice important list changes without constantly refreshing Attendu. Choose the relevant trigger and map the guest or organiser phone number into a Mobile Message message. The connection runs through Zapier and is one-directional. It does not synchronise guest records or provide an Attendu action for writing changes back.
A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration.

Yes. New Guest can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS. Use the guest’s phone number and map event details available from Attendu to create a registration confirmation or welcome message.
Can Attendu status changes alert our event team?
Yes. Updated Guest Status can start an SMS to an organiser or check-in contact. The text can include the attendance or registration information supplied by the Attendu trigger.
How do I connect Attendu guest events to SMS?
Set up a Zap in Zapier with your Attendu and Mobile Message accounts. Select the guest event, choose Send SMS, test the phone and message fields, then publish it. No code is needed for the Attendu notification.
