About the AssistLoop integration

A new conversation arrives in AssistLoop and the customer may need a human response before the support queue catches up. AssistLoop's New Conversation trigger can start a Mobile Message SMS through Zapier, confirming that the message has been received or directing the customer to the next step. New Human Handoff can send a separate alert when an agent needs to take over.

Mobile Message provides Send SMS, Send SMS to List, Create Contact, Update Contact, and Add Contact to List. A new conversation can therefore notify a support number, create the contact in Mobile Message, or add the sender to a list for follow-up. AssistLoop has no actions in the supplied lists, so a Mobile Message inbound event cannot write a conversation back into AssistLoop through this connection.

These workflows suit teams that want a visible SMS response when a chatbot conversation needs attention. Configure the chosen AssistLoop event and Mobile Message action in Zapier, then map the available sender details.
