A Zap can turn that event into a plain text notification from Mobile Message, reducing the need to check the processing queue repeatedly.

This connection suits bookkeepers, accounts teams and operators handling documents away from their main desk. After ASSIST processes a document successfully, the SMS can identify the document, supplier or other available information and tell a colleague where to continue. ASSIST also provides Upload Invoice and Upload Receipt actions, which can be used in workflows that send source files into ASSIST before a later step handles the parsed result. Mobile Message is the notification step in this setup. The apps are connected through Zapier, with one configured trigger and action per workflow. There is no automatic two-way synchronisation between document data and contacts.
