About the Arize AX integration

A new Arize AX project, dataset or experiment appears while an AI evaluation team is focused on model work. Arize AX provides New Project, New Dataset and New Experiment triggers. Zapier can pass those events to Mobile Message, giving a project owner or review group a plain text alert when a new evaluation resource is created.

New Experiment is a practical trigger for notifying the person responsible for reviewing results. New Dataset can alert a data team, while New Project can create a Mobile Message contact if the event identifies a new owner. Mobile Message supports Send SMS, Send SMS to List and Create Contact. Arize AX actions such as Create Experiment are separate actions for Zaps that start elsewhere and do not create a two-way connection.

This setup helps teams notice important evaluation activity without repeatedly checking Arize AX. Use Zapier filters to limit messages to selected projects or datasets, and include the available name or reference in the SMS. The workflow remains one-directional and is configured through Zapier.

Yes. Use New Experiment as the Arize AX trigger and Send SMS or Send SMS to List as the Mobile Message action. The notification can contain experiment details available in the event.

Can a new Arize AX project create a contact?

Yes. New Project can trigger Create Contact in Mobile Message when the event includes suitable contact details. Map the available owner information in Zapier before testing the workflow.
