Connect Inbound AI Message to Mobile Message Send SMS, Create Contact or Add Contact to List through Zapier. A booking-related AI event can prompt a confirmation text, while a lead’s details can be saved in Mobile Message for later communication. You can also use Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received to trigger Appointwise Call AI for Response, allowing an incoming text to be passed to the AI for a generated response. Turn AI Agent On/Off and Assign New Agent are available for other text-led workflows where the incoming fields identify the correct lead and strategy. These are one-directional Zaps rather than a native conversational bridge, so define which system sends the final reply and test carefully to avoid duplicate messages.

Yes. Inbound AI Message can trigger Send SMS in Mobile Message. Map the lead’s mobile number and the AI event content into the text, then use filters if only follow-ups or bookings should reach the customer.
Can an inbound Mobile Message text be sent to Appointwise AI?
Yes. Use Inbound SMS Received as the Mobile Message trigger and Call AI for Response as the Appointwise action. The sender and text can be passed to the AI, subject to the fields available in the Zap.
What accounts are needed for an Appointwise SMS workflow?
