Field teams using Samm, also known as APE Mobile, often need to turn site paperwork into a clear follow-up task. A new or updated action can trigger a Mobile Message SMS to the responsible person, so important compliance work is not left waiting in the app. A new memo can also alert a supervisor or operations list when a site update needs attention.

The Form trigger is useful when a new or updated form should prompt a customer, coordinator or field worker with the next step. Mobile Message can send the message to one number or a selected list, and it can create a contact when the form data includes a suitable mobile number. Samm’s Create List Item action can be started by an inbound SMS where the message contains the information needed for a defined list item process. These are separate Zaps connected through Zapier, not a native two-way workflow. Authorise Samm and Mobile Message, select the event and action, map the site, form or memo fields, test the message with a real operational example, and then enable it. Keep SMS wording short and avoid placing sensitive site details into a plain text message.
