Finance, operations and administration teams often wait for a document to finish processing before acting on the extracted information. Algodocs offers an Extracted Data Available trigger when a document has been processed and data is ready. A Zap can use that event to send a Mobile Message SMS to the person who needs to check the result.

Extracted Table Row Available provides a more specific option when a processed document contains rows that matter individually. A message can alert a reviewer, warehouse contact or accounts staff member using the fields Algodocs supplies. Send SMS works for one recipient, while Send SMS to List can notify a prepared group when a batch or review queue needs attention.

This connection is made through Zapier and uses Algodocs' extraction events as notification points. It does not send an attachment by SMS or replace Algodocs' structured output. Keep the message plain text and include a reference, status or selected value from the processed data, then direct staff to the system where they review the document.
