Airtop SMS Integration

A customer sends a text, and within moments the right information is already waiting for them, pulled from a website nobody had to check by hand. That is the outcome Airtop makes possible, running a web automation agent that can look things up, fill in a form, or complete an online task on command. Paired with Mobile Message, that agent work can start from a text message or end with one.

Run an Airtop Agent takes whatever input parameters you give it and can complete a task synchronously, while a Zap waits for the result, or asynchronously in the background while the rest of the workflow carries on. That flexibility matters when the job is something like checking a delivery page, verifying an account, or gathering details before a customer hears anything about it.

This works from either side. A trigger elsewhere, such as an order placed or a booking confirmed, can start an agent that gathers current information from the web and hands the result to Mobile Message to send as a text. An inbound text can just as easily be the starting point, setting an agent to work so a customer's reply becomes the beginning of an automated task rather than something a person actions by hand.
