About the Aira integration

Call Completed is the only Aira trigger supplied, and Aira has no actions available for this connection. Pair the trigger with Mobile Message Send SMS for an alert to a team member, or Send SMS to List when a completed call should be reviewed by several people. The SMS can include mapped information from the call event, such as the caller or message details when those fields are available. The workflow does not make calls from Mobile Message, book appointments or update Aira records. It runs one way from Aira into Mobile Message through Zapier. Your receptionist workflow remains in Aira, while Mobile Message handles the text notification that helps the team respond to completed calls.
