AILaw SMS Integration

A new support contact is created in AILaw while a legal team is preparing the next step, and someone needs to know quickly. A Zap can send an SMS from Mobile Message when New Individual Contact fires, giving the assigned staff member a direct prompt. New Company Contact can serve the same purpose for a business client, with the relevant contact details placed into a plain text message.

AILaw can also receive an inbound Mobile Message text and create an individual or company profile when the information in the SMS is suitable for those fields. This is helpful for controlled intake processes where staff use a defined message format, but it should be tested carefully before being used for client data. You can instead use Mobile Message Create Contact after an AILaw contact trigger, so selected people are available for later SMS activity. The connection runs through Zapier and consists of separate one-way automations, not a native two-way sync. Authorise both accounts, select the AILaw event or action, map the phone number and profile fields, test the workflow, and activate it when the record handling is clear.
