Agents SMS Integration

Chasing up every SMS reply or failed delivery by hand is the kind of task that quietly eats a morning once a business sends more than a handful of texts a day. Zapier's Agents can take that job off your plate, using Run Agent to look at what happened and decide what comes next, whether that is drafting a reply or feeding a decision into another step of the Zap. Paired with Mobile Message, an Agent can sit between an event like a new paid order or an overdue invoice and the text that follows, working out the wording before Send SMS goes out.

That means the message a customer gets is not a generic line but one an Agent worked out from the details of that particular order, invoice or booking. A business does not need to write separate logic for every scenario, the Agent handles the judgement call and Mobile Message handles getting the words to the phone. That removes the manual chase of drafting each message by hand and lets the Zap run on its own once it is set up.
