About the Add to Calendar PRO integration
New Event can trigger an SMS when an event is created, while Updated Event can notify a team after details change. New RSVP Answer is useful for alerting organisers as people respond, and Deleted Event can send a cancellation message to the relevant list. Mobile Message can Send SMS, Send SMS to List, Create Contact, or Add Contact to List. That means an RSVP event can create a contact and place them on a suitable list, or a new event can prompt a plain-text invitation. Each Zap runs in one direction. Add to Calendar PRO remains responsible for event and RSVP data, while Mobile Message delivers the selected message or manages the contact record.
