A guest has just bought an event ticket, or a person has arrived at the venue and checked in. Accelevents records those moments, and a Zap can turn them into a useful Mobile Message action. Attendees can receive timely event information, while organisers can give their team a clear SMS alert when ticket activity needs attention.

New Ticket Purchase Trigger is well suited to a welcome text or practical arrival reminder. User Check In can notify an organiser that a guest has arrived, and Update Ticket Info can send an SMS when important buyer or holder details change. Where attendee data includes a mobile number, the Zap can also create a contact in Mobile Message or add that person to an event list.

The connection works through Zapier, so you choose an Accelevents event and a Mobile Message action for each workflow. It does not imply that ticket records and contacts are continuously synchronised. Instead, selected event triggers start individual actions that people can see in a text message or in the Mobile Message account.
