A new submission can contain exactly the information your team needs to respond, but checking every form manually can slow down follow-up. A Zapier connection with Mobile Message can turn that form activity into a prompt SMS workflow.

When a new submission is added to a specific AbcSubmit form, Zapier can pass its details to Mobile Message. You can send an SMS to the person who submitted the form, create a contact for your team to review, or add that contact to a Mobile Message list for later campaigns. This is useful for confirming that a request was received, acknowledging an enquiry, or alerting a staff member that a new lead needs attention. The result is a clearer response process without asking someone to watch the form dashboard all day.

Use the form fields to personalise the message with a name, reference or requested service.
