If the contact details are left for later, a useful introduction or follow-up can easily be missed. Yoteqi’s New Contact trigger can start Mobile Message actions through Zapier, allowing you to acknowledge the connection with a plain-text SMS when a suitable mobile number is available.

You can send a welcome message, create the person in Mobile Message, or add them to a list for later communication. A new team member can also trigger an SMS that explains an onboarding step, while a deleted team member can start a carefully worded notification if your process requires one.
