A donation or order has just been recorded in TrustMeUp, and the people responsible for the campaign need to know what happened. Waiting for a dashboard review can delay a thank-you, an internal handover or a useful operational response. An SMS can bring the result to the right person while the transaction is still fresh.

TrustMeUp can trigger a Zap when New Donations to Partner Campaigns, New Orders to Merchant or New Donations to Merchant and Brand Campaigns occur. New Donations to Supporter Campaigns is also available as a trigger. Mobile Message can send an SMS, create a contact or add a contact to a list based on the event details supplied by TrustMeUp.

These workflows are useful for notifying a campaign owner about a new donation, alerting a merchant about an order or placing a supporter into a suitable SMS audience. The automation is created in Zapier and runs from one TrustMeUp event to one Mobile Message action. It is not a native integration, and it does not imply that donation or order records are synchronised between the services.
