Zapier connects TimeRex to Mobile Message so a text goes out the moment the calendar changes. When an event is created, the client gets a confirmation on their phone. If it is rescheduled, they get the new time straight away, and if it is cancelled, they know their slot is free without waiting for an email they might not open. Setting it up takes a Zap that links a TimeRex trigger to Mobile Message's Send SMS action, and from there the reminders run on their own every time a booking changes.
A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration.

Both changes can trigger their own text. An event rescheduled in TimeRex sends the new time, and an event cancelled sends a message letting the client know the slot is free, each set up as a separate Zap step.
