Test Status can trigger Send SMS when an assessment sent to a candidate changes status. The message can remind the recruiter to review the result or tell a candidate what happens next, using only the information available to the Zap. Candidate Stage Changed can notify the hiring team when an applicant moves through the assessment process. List Assessments is available as a trigger for assessment activity, though it is better suited to an internal notification when a list is returned.
