A reply lands in your Mobile Message inbox and before the conversation goes cold, the same trigger can already be on its way to opening a Starred survey for that customer. That inbound text is the single event this connection cares about most, since it marks the moment someone engaged and is worth asking for feedback.

Run through Zapier, an Inbound SMS Received trigger can fire Starred's Send Survey action straight away, or its Schedule Survey action if you would rather the request land a day later once the issue has actually been sorted. A Delivery Status Updated trigger works the same way for messages that do not need a reply, letting a confirmed delivery kick off a scheduled survey days down the track. Either way the feedback request goes out without anyone remembering to chase it manually, and which survey action runs depends on which Mobile Message trigger fired, giving a business two distinct moments to ask for an honest reaction.
