A candidate has finished an interview in PreScreen AI, and the hiring team needs to know what happens next. Instead of waiting for someone to check the interview dashboard, a Zapier workflow can use the Interview Finished event to send a Mobile Message text to a recruiter or hiring manager. The message can confirm that the candidate has completed the assessment and point the recipient towards the next review step.

This is useful for recruitment teams handling many applicants, especially when interviews happen outside normal office hours. A completed interview can also create a candidate contact in Mobile Message, or add an existing contact to a list for a particular role. PreScreen AI actions such as Find Evaluation and Find Candidate are available within the app's Zapier surface, while Mobile Message provides Send SMS, Create Contact and Add Contact to List. The connection is made through Zapier, not as a native integration. It does not synchronise candidate records or make hiring decisions. It simply places a useful notification or contact action after the PreScreen AI event, so the team can respond while the assessment is current.
