Nashpush SMS Integration

A new consumer joins your Nashpush audience and expects the next communication to make sense. Nashpush helps businesses stay in touch with subscribers through push notifications, while Mobile Message adds SMS as another direct channel for a useful welcome or service notice. With Zapier, New Consumer can start Mobile Message Send SMS, so a phone number captured in the consumer record can be used without manual copying.

The workflow can also create a Mobile Message contact or add that person to a selected list. This gives your team a record to check and helps separate new consumers by campaign or audience. Nashpush’s Send Notifications action can be used when an inbound SMS should prompt a notification to a specified audience, provided the information needed by Nashpush is available in the Zap. These are individual automations, not a synchronised customer database. Use clear consent, sensible message frequency and accurate contact fields when building the workflow.
