Hirely can start a Zap when a new application arrives, an applicant is hired or an applicant is rejected.

Through Zapier, those Hirely events can prompt Mobile Message to send an SMS to a candidate, create a contact or add a contact to a list. For example, a hiring team could text a candidate that their application is being reviewed, notify a successful applicant about the next step or send a short update to a recruitment contact when an applicant is rejected. The message can include information mapped from the Hirely record, such as a name, role or relevant instruction.
