EleAPIs SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with EleAPIs!
New Incoming Message can also start a Zap when EleAPIs receives a message. That event can send an SMS to a team member, giving them the incoming text and a prompt to review the conversation. On the other side, Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received can trigger EleAPIs Send Session Message, which can pass a customer text into an active chatbot session. This creates useful message handoffs while leaving each platform responsible for its own records. EleAPIs also offers WhatsApp actions, but those actions do not send SMS through Mobile Message. The connection is configured in Zapier and is not a native two-way integration.

Yes. Inbound SMS Received can trigger EleAPIs Send Session Message. This passes the incoming SMS content into the selected EleAPIs session for handling.
