Left sitting in a phone inbox, that reply does nothing until a person notices it and manually opens DeskTime to log the job, which might not happen until well after the client expected something to be moving.

Connect Mobile Message to DeskTime through Zapier and that reply can create a task automatically, so the request is already sitting in DeskTime as a Create Task entry before anyone has actually read the text. A new client relationship can go a step further too, spinning up a fresh Create Project entry the moment the first message comes through, ready for time to be logged against it straight away without anyone setting it up manually first.

Delivery Status Updated can play a part as well. If a text to a client fails to arrive, that update can create a task in DeskTime as a reminder to chase the client another way, so a bounced message does not just disappear from view unnoticed while everyone assumes it got through fine.
