A live event host can see an attendee arrive, ask a question or miss the session, but following up with every person manually takes attention away from the event. Crowdcast provides attendance, registration and engagement triggers that can start a Zap. Mobile Message can then send a plain text SMS or create a contact for the next step.

New Event Registration can send practical joining information, while New Missed Attendance can prompt a follow-up after the session. New Question Asked can alert a team member when an attendee needs a response, and Watched Replay can identify someone who engaged after the live event. The Zap uses the Crowdcast event as its starting point and Mobile Message as its action. It does not create a native two-way connection, but it can give hosts a timely way to communicate around each event.
