Pairing those moments with Mobile Message through Zapier turns each stage into a text message the registrant actually reads.

When a registrant misses the live webinar, a text can point them straight to the replay before the moment passes. A registrant who purchases during the broadcast can get an instant SMS receipt while the excitement is still fresh, and a new registration can trigger a confirmation text with the join link so it doesn't get buried in an inbox. On the other side, a reply to that text can be used to register someone for a specific webinar without them ever opening an email.

None of this changes how WebinarJam runs your events. It simply gives each stage of attendance, from live attendee through to replay viewer, a text message channel that email alone doesn't reach, so fewer registrants slip through the gap between signing up and showing up.
