A Zapier workflow can use Candidate Completed Assessment or New Verdict to start a Mobile Message action, so a suitable SMS can be sent when the assessment milestone occurs.

Send a plain-text message confirming completion, explaining the next stage, or asking the candidate to contact your team. You can also create the candidate as a Mobile Message contact or add them to a list when the relevant phone number is available and the candidate has agreed to SMS communication.
