With Zapier, BuzzBoard Ignite’s New Contact trigger can start Mobile Message Create Contact, so a newly identified person is added to the SMS contact base. New Profile can start Send SMS to List when a broader team notification is appropriate, while New Context can send a focused alert to a nominated number. Mobile Message’s contact and list actions are the destination here. They do not update BuzzBoard Ignite or create a native two-way record.
