Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with BrightMove!

Recruiters often move between candidate records, client conversations and urgent placement work. BrightMove can start a Zap when a new candidate, new job or new placement is created, allowing Mobile Message to send a text at the moment a person needs to act. A recruiter can receive a prompt without keeping BrightMove open all day.

New Activity and Approved Timesheet can support other practical alerts. Use an activity to notify a consultant about a change, or an approved timesheet to tell an internal team member that billing work is ready. Mobile Message can also create a contact when BrightMove supplies a new manager or client contact with a usable phone number.

The workflow is assembled in Zapier. BrightMove supplies the selected recruiting event and Mobile Message sends the message or manages the contact. It does not create a shared database or automatically update both systems. Each Zap should have a clear event, recipient and purpose.
